Have you found the house of your dreams but can’t buy it because your current home hasn’t sold yet? Perhaps a bridging loan is right for you. A bridging loan is a specialised loan that enables you to buy a property straight-away and then allows you time (often up to 12 months) to sell your current home. Then, the proceeds from your sale are used to pay down your loan. Clever right?
